Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions This Affiliate Program Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between ProfitLinkPro.com ("ProfitLinkPro", "we", or "us"), and you, as an Affiliate marketer ("you", "your", or "Affiliate"). 1. Acceptance of Terms By signing up for the ProfitLinkPro Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. 2. Affiliate Obligations As an affiliate, you are permitted to promote our services/products on your website, social media channels, email marketing campaigns, and other marketing channels. 3. Commission Structure For each sale made through your unique affiliate link, you will receive a commission of 50% of the sale price. The commission is only paid on legitimate sales that are paid in full by the customer. 4. Payment The minimum payout amount is $25.00. If you do not reach the minimum payout amount in a given day, we will carry forward the balance to the next day. Payments will be made through PayPal every day at 23h00. 5. Promotion Restrictions You are free to promote ProfitLinkPro on all marketing channels but must not use misleading or deceptive advertising or marketing practices. You must disclose your affiliate relationship with us in all promotions, as per FTC guidelines. 6. Termination We have the right to terminate this agreement at any time if we determine that your site is unsuitable for the Program for any reason, including, but not limited to, incorporating images or content that is unlawful or defamatory, or violates the intellectual property rights of others. 7. Liability We will not be liable for any indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the Program and/or to our website(s). 8. Change of Terms We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion. Please note that by submitting your application to join our affiliate program, you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions stated in this agreement.
